How to access Kununurra Day Centre and in-home services
We are dedicated to making our services accessible to those who need them. To access our Day Centre:
- A referral from My Aged Care for a Home Care Package.
- Or National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program referral. You can obtain these referrals from My Aged Care, Geriatricians, Hospitals, General Practitioners (GPs), Social Workers, and Community Health Workers.
