Shifting from its previous Saturday and Sunday schedule to a Friday and Saturday event, the move was welcomed by the crowds, with people lined up at the door before it opened to the public.
The Juniper team did an incredible job during the Expo and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and greeting people of all ages. Enquiries from attendees covered Home Care, Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, our Transition Care Program, respite and more.
Across both days, the Juniper Ageing Well Stage was a great way for expo visitors to re-charge and learn about allied health, exercise physiology and seated dance classes. Juniper’s own Community Allied Health Manager Shaun Lee hosted informative sessions about the benefits allied health can provide in reaching and maintaining goals.
When it came to delicious food to try, the colourful birthday cupcakes, beef brisket sliders and pea and ham soup tasters prepared by Juniper’s dedicated catering team all got a resounding thumbs up.
Giveaways such as Juniper’s stylish tote bags, jar openers, and a selection of Juniper organic teas sourced from East Victoria Park business XO TEA were amongst the most sought-after expo items.
A prize draw for one of ten $100 gift vouchers was held on Monday 5 August and winners will be notified.
All up, it was an exciting and busy couple of days for the Juniper team and we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. We are already looking forward to next year’s expo.
