Juniper nurse named Awards Finalist

Nominated for Excellence in Residential Care, Pamela (pictured below) is a nurse at our Juniper St David’s Residential Aged Care Home in Mount Lawley, where she has proved herself as a great leader, with a focus on providing quality, person-centred care to residents.

Described by her peers as always “leading by example”, Pamela has inspired those around her with her commitment, dedication, and passion for the job, with her strong leadership qualities leading to a positive working environment, which boosts staff morale.

“We are immensely proud to see one of our own recognised at the 2023 WA Nursing and Midwifery Awards,” Juniper Executive Director of Residential Dan Norgard said.

“These awards acknowledge and celebrate the vital role our nurses play in delivering quality care for all the customers we serve in the Juniper community.”
