Visiting your loved one
We warmly welcome visitors to all our residential aged care homes. To protect the health and well-being of our residents, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Health Considerations: Please refrain from visiting if you are unwell, have recently been unwell, or if you have tested positive for any infectious illness. Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe.
- Hygiene Practices: Maintain good hand hygiene by washing your hands regularly with soap and water or using hand sanitiser to prevent the spread of germs.
- Visitor Restrictions: In response to active cases of viral or respiratory infections, we may implement visitor restrictions as part of our infection control procedures. We will promptly communicate any changes or restrictions to families.
- Visiting Hours: For specific visiting hours and arrangements, please contact the individual Juniper home you wish to visit.
