Juniper offers specialised Home Care services dedicated entirely to the specific needs of dementia care, provided by experienced home care staff. Our team is trained to support individuals with dementia in maintaining their independence and quality of life. We tailor our services to meet your unique needs, ensuring you receive the best possible care in the comfort of your own home. 

Our home care support includes:

When you sign up with Juniper, your Care Lead will visit you in your home to learn all about you and what you want to achieve. Together, we will discuss and develop a Care Plan that brings together a team of Juniper professionals to help you stay independent at home and achieve your goals. This Care Plan will evolve with you as your needs change, ensuring you receive the most appropriate and effective care.
