Meet the Residential Manager

Merinda Rigoll

Merinda brings a wealth of experience in aged care and four decades of expertise as a physiotherapist to her role at Juniper Korumup Residential Aged Care Home in Albany.

Growing up in Albany, Merinda returned to her hometown in 2017, working in private practice before joining Juniper as a physiotherapist where her talents were quickly recognised and she was appointed Residential Manager.

Merinda brings a strong person-centred focus to Juniper Korumup, striving to provide care to each resident in the way she would like her own parents to be treated. She has built a team of staff where the individual needs and wants of each resident is placed at the centre of all care.
